Clonbur lies in the heart of the Lake District between Lough Corrib and Lough Mask, and is surrounded by the majestic Joyce Country and the Forests of the Guinness Estate to Ballykine. Close-by you can visit Cong abbey and Ashford Castle and walk or cycle many trails recently updated for easier access.
This Easter the village will play host to an adventure and outdoor festival where people can avail of many activities from watersports to mountain and land sports, also there is a comprehensive arrangement for music happening locally, art exhibitions, Live performances, Stalls, Crafts, Talks, children’s activities including Bouncy Castles, Face Painting and Mask Making.
The final activity list is now up and contains a link to bring you straight to booking. Booking is essential prior to the weekend as not all activities will be available to purchase on the day. Also bookings are limited per event and once sold out then no more will be available.
If last Easter is anything to go by then we will expect the best of weather, however its not easily predicted here in the West of Ireland so make sure to bring waterproofs and walking boots.
Please take note that activities must be pre booked and ideally by the 30th of March.
The line-up of music and events at this festival is growing all the time, as soon as we get confirmation then we will post it up.
We hope to see the streets full and will be delighted to produce an amazing ambience for a weekend not to forget.
We are extremely open to any ideas for additions to the festival, and would also like very much if people contact us in relation to queries.
